Teen Sleep and Eating Project — Insufficient sleep has emerged as a significant risk factor for pediatric obesity, yet mechanisms underlying the sleep-obesity relationship are not clear. This study aims to examine connections between sleep (objectively measured via actigraphy) and eating in adolescents.
Longitudinal Health Study for Emerging Adults — Undergraduate students experience a range of exciting and stressful circumstances throughout their academic careers. This study examines the physical and mental wellbeing of college students and how health-related behaviors pertaining to sleep and physical activity (measured via actigraphy) might fluctuate throughout an academic semester.

College Students’ Health Behaviors in the Context of COVID-19 — This study examined the role of COVID-19 stress on eating patterns, the relationship with other key health behaviors (sleep, screen time, physical activity), and potential protective factors (resilience) among young adults.
